Clay: How to Transform Personal Emails to Work Data
The sequence of enrichments
đź‘‹ Hey Claymaker,
Companies are sitting on piles of personal emails that have been gathered from webforms, conferences, perhaps from GitHub (Great use case for developer focused companies), or various other places.
These don’t have to go to waste…
You can turn those personal emails into work data! You know, the useful stuff…
Name
Title
Company
Work Email
Mobile Phone
This is actually relatively straightforward in Clay.
Well, if you’re familiar with the order operations. In other words, what data unlocks the next set of data and so on.
The sequence matters. But, might take you some trial and error to get it right.
So, let me give you a shortcut…
Below is the order operations and sequence of how you can get the basic work data from someone’s personal email.
The Sequence of Enrichments
Blue Boxes = Enrichment to use (input is from the previous bubble).
Green Ovals = Output data (the work emails and mobile numbers you desire).
Note: you need both the Full Name and Company Domain as inputs. You’ll see I got the Full Name from the Enriched Profile, which I got first.
This is just to show the most commonly requested information. There are way more data points you can get by expanding the enrichments.
